Beautifully produced by Katie Keane and executive produced by Alanna GA Campbell at CBS Sports. "In last six years she has made the single biggest organizational turnaround in with USA gymnastics," said PepsiCo head of sports marketing and partnerships Justin Toman in his introduction of Leung at last Wednesday's awards luncheon. "She and the team she hired made all of the difference. She has led with conviction to put athlete health and wellness at the center of everything. She changed the culture at USA Gymnastics, got buy in from our member athletes, and made fans into it again. Thank you for what you’ve done for USA Gymnastics and for the sport." #GetWISER2025: How often do you think of your relationship with #money? The likely answer: Not often enough. Out to change that at WISE/R was Jacqueline Howard, Head of Money Wellness at Ally. "We all know we should #spend less than we make, but just because we know better, doesn't mean we do better," Jack said. "Our relationship with money is grounded in #emotion, in beliefs we have from our parents and society, sometimes even in trauma. I’m looking to #shift how we talk about money within our communities." "Our values are the North Star that guide us throughout our lives. To identify yours, think: 🌟 What motivates you? 🌟 What change would you like to see in the world? 🌟 What do you admire in others? 🌟 How do you want to be remembered?" But don't stop there — after claiming to know their values, our audience was challenged to get real about their spending track record: How are those values actually showing up in the way they spend every day? And when Jack asked that question, she wanted real answers, in real time—cue the audience pulling out workbooks and putting pen to paper, to write down priorities and set goals, right here in the room! "Pull out your spending history from the past few weeks, and tell me: 💸 Do you see your values showing up in your expenses some of the time? 💸 All of the time? 💸 Not at all? 💸 Sometimes we need to remind ourselves what we truly want and align our values with our actions." Want to move your money goals forward TODAY? Jack Howard suggests: 💰 "Isolate a goal that connects to your values. (Think big!) 💵 Then, assess your current situation. (Where are you now?) 🤑 Finally, identify three steps that will move you toward your goal. (Push yourself!) WISE/R attendees got vulnerable and shared a lot in this session. Where their money is going, and where they want their wealth to be in there future. Let's check in next year and see how we're doing, #WISEwomen! Today's session should be life-changing. #WISERspeaker #WISEworks #WISEmove #wealth #financialliteracy #womenleaders #womeninsports #womeninsportsbusiness
