  • We keep seeing the same pattern: decisions get made, work happens, and the learning disappears. That pattern is shaping everything we’re building at Workerbee right now. Our CMO, Nikki Vegenski 🐝, wrote about it from her seat here - take a look. ✍ Meet Workerbee - no pressure, just conversation. • Senior careers don’t stall because people stop growing. They stall because people stop documenting their growth. Whether you lead teams, solve problems, or fix chaos, start tracking it — in real time, not once a year. Try this simple weekly habit: ▪️Write down one problem you solved ▪️Note the outcome (time saved, clarity gained, risk reduced) ▪️Capture who benefited (team, client, org) ▪️Add one leadership moment you don’t want to forget It takes 5 minutes. It creates the visibility your work deserves. Your next opportunity won’t come from volume, it’ll come from clarity.

  • As we wrap up the year, we wanted to ask our community a simple, meaningful question: What’s one skill you want to level up in 2026? We asked our own team - and here are a few of the answers that came up again and again: ✨ Focus on what matters ✨ Stay curious ✨ Better boundaries ✨ Less overthinking ✨ Lead with empathy No matter where you are in your career, these are the kinds of skills that move us forward—at work and in life. Now we’d love to hear from you: What’s the one skill you want to grow next year? Drop yours in the comments 👇 Let’s inspire each other as we head into 2026. #FutureOfWork #CareerGrowth #Workerbee #CareerBee #TalentBee #HiringReinvented

  • Meet Workerbee’s new Chief Marketing Officer, Nikki Vegenski 🐝   With Workerbee launching and early customers and enterprise pilots underway, it’s important our leadership structure reflects where the company is headed. Marketing is now a core part of how we communicate our value - to workers, employers, and investors - and elevating Nikki into the CMO role signals that shift.   Nikki has helped shape our story from day one. She’s a three-time CMO with deep experience in brand, revenue marketing, and growth. She brings a modern, AI-driven approach to marketing and a clear, practical way of telling the Workerbee story in a way that resonates. We’re excited to have Nikki leading our marketing organization as we enter this next stage.

  • Applying to more roles doesn’t create clarity. Strengthening your profile and aiming at roles that actually make sense for you does. When your signals are clean, aligned, and visible, traction stops feeling random. Here are a few things most people skip that make a real difference: 1. Rewrite your profile around outcomes, not tasks. Most profiles read like job descriptions. Hiring managers skim for impact. 2. Make your “next step” obvious in the first 2 lines. If someone has to guess what you want, they won’t. Clarity = relevance. 3. Remove anything that dilutes your direction. Old side gigs, random certifications, that one off-path title… they confuse matching engines and humans. What’s one tip you’ve learned the hard way during your job search or hiring journey?
