Today’s couples are using their registry to reflect what actually matters to them, and for many, that’s buying their first newlywed home. In Zola’s 2025 First Look Report, we found that 87% of couples getting married this year are including at least one cash fund on their registry. That’s not new. What is new is the rise in couples asking for cash specifically for a home down payment or renovation. This year, 41% of couples are registering for at least one home-related cash fund.
