About
South American prisons taught me resilience.
Global boardrooms taught me strategy.
AI taught me to adapt faster and push further than I thought possible
Now, I help leaders, teams, and organizations do the same.
AI is moving fast.
Faster than most leaders can keep up.
If you’re leading a team or organization, you’re already feeling the pressure. The decisions are tougher.
The expectations are higher.
The human needs greater.
And the pace? Relentless.
That’s where I come in.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked with professionals across industries to:
→ Build resilience and confidence to lead through rapid change.
→ Simplify the complex (like AI), and turn it into a tool for smarter decisions, better outcomes, and stronger teams.
→ Create frameworks that blend emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptability quotient (AQ), and AI-driven insights to future-proof leadership.
Here’s why it works:
𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: I’ve coached leaders and teams in 50+ 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, helping them adapt and excel in fast-changing environments.
𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: I’ve partnered with professionals across healthcare, tech, nonprofits, and more to tackle complex challenges and drive meaningful results.
𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: My strategies have been featured in Fast Company, Newsweek, US News & World Report, Business Insider, and Entrepreneur.
DM me: 𝗙𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘-𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬.
I’ll show you how to simplify AI, strengthen your leadership, and thrive in a fast-changing world.
Or don’t.
I’ll still be here...
helping leaders stay ahead, adapt with confidence, and define their future.

Each November, about 30,000 eighth and ninth graders take the three-hour test for admittance to eight of the nine specialized high schools. The test is extremely competitive, with only 900 of the 30,000 applicants being accepted to Bronx Science each year. [Source: Wikipedia]
