As the Global Chief AI Officer for PwC, I have the privilege of leading our efforts to harness the power of artificial intelligence to reshape how we work and how we serve clients around the world. My focus is on scaling AI responsibly and boldly across our Network – helping our people, our clients and our communities thrive in the age of AI.

I work closely with leaders in technology and talent across our firm to bring this ambition to life – from transforming our delivery models, to embedding AI in our technology and services, to equipping more than 370,000 PwC professionals with the skills (and tools) they need to succeed in this new era.

I am privileged to speak and publish regularly on how organizations can unlock the power of AI and transform themselves to compete in the new Intelligence Age. I am an impassioned advocate for Responsible AI, and believe strongly that leaders have an obligation to help their people learn, develop and apply AI to transform how work gets done. Ultimately, I believe AI will be a growth story for those that lean in (organizations and individuals alike).

Earlier in my career, I served as the US Chief Digital Officer, leading our firm through "Your Tomorrow," our global digital transformation that established the digital foundation we build upon today. More recently, as US Vice Chairman and Chief Products & Technology Officer, I worked to elevate the exceptional potential of the more than 4,000 technologists who tirelessly serve our people and our clients, continuing our transformation as a human-led, tech-powered professional services firm. I led the Technology, Media & Telecom Consulting business and was elected by my partners to serve as a member of our Board of Partners and Principals. I have been privileged to serve as the lead client partner or senior relationship partner for some of our most iconic global clients in TMT.

I am energised by challenge, passionate about people, and proud to do my part to help steward one of the most exciting and ambitious transformations our profession has ever seen.
