    “The world’s most successful and dynamic places all have one thing in common,” says Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlie Stephens, and that one thing is “direct connectivity to efficient mass transportation.” A prime illustration of this ingredient for success is Brookfield’s forthcoming Manhattan West, which just happens to be directly across from what will be a $2.5-billion renovation of the Empire Station Complex, i.e. Penn Station and the new Moynihan Train Hall.

    In the video above, Stephens lays out the formula for the mixed-use mega-project’s future success, which begins with its proximity to mass transit but doesn’t end there.
