Pursued study in Community Indicators Research while providing management for the program development of a Geographical Information System (GIS). The Community Indicators System is a GIS that compiles data from local government departments, area human-service programming, and philanthropic foundations for the purpose of promoting data-informed decision making, particularly as applied to collaborative and cross-sector program analysis. This system also advises the area Multi-Purpose Collaborative Bodies (the state-mandated executive round-tables, required for each Michigan county) as they monitor outcomes for various overlapping programs that are operated by both public and private entities. This course of study enhanced my ability to provide support for program development and consulting for evaluation reports.
