The project entailed product strategy, product definition, platform sourcing and integration, end-to-end fulfillment process, marketing collateral, and deployment of sales force training.     Against the background of online growth for yellow pages company World Directories, I was responsible for the development and market introduction of a pan-European search product for SME yellow pages customers. The project entailed product strategy, product definition, platform sourcing and integration, end-to-end fulfillment process, marketing collateral, and deployment of sales force training. The final product was bundled with the existing yellow pages online offering, enabling SME customers to attract search traffic to their optimized business listings in a one-stop-shop solution at their trusted yellow pages provider. Over the course of 5 months, a cross-functional and cross-vendor team worked on having the strategy accepted and realized throughout the organization, and ensure the availability of a scalable provisioning platform that could absorb high volumes of automated search campaigns.
