The Constellation Research, Inc. team (well most of it) just spent a couple days at the Oracle industry analyst summit, and there was a lot to digest. Stay tuned for some more distillations, but the skinny is that Oracle continues to innovate in AI, continues to make core AI functionality free inside of its Fusion application portfolio, and is even executing some interesting crossovers of AI-driven use cases between industries. From a CX perspective, the company continues to offer a highly composable platform that aims to optimize processes end-to-end, but customers need not be 100% married to the Fusion/OCI stack to see benefits from Oracle’s AI, enhanced workflow and updated application functionality. All in all, Oracle continues to be moving in interesting directions, and its library of out-of-the-box AI agents continues to impress. And to top it off Rob Tarkoff who has been spearheading a lot of the CX innovation even deigned us worthy of a selfie.
