Highlights: ➡️ Next-day delivery for packages up to 20 lbs [from eligible processing centers] ➡️ Contract-only service (NSA) ➡️ 150-mile coverage from processing centers ➡️ Pickup service may be available [for locations within 20 miles of processing centers] ➡️ 6pm entry time cutoff ➡️ Available in 62 markets [and growing] ➡️ Delivery coverage: 75M population [target is 295M population coverage] ----- On the surface, this service makes sense. At least for the USPS to offer it. Leveraging existing network assets. To provide a service with market relevance. But will the pricing be competitive? Lightweight, zone 1/2 volume is insanely price-competitive. With dozens of providers competing for volume. Many of which offer very low rates.
