Led SEC and regulatory reporting, built the bank’s first 10-K, and rolled out WDesk to cut the close by several days. Prepared earnings releases, investor decks, and Board reports and broke down KPIs, loan and deposit trends, EPS, NIM, and capital ratios so executive team could make clear decisions on growth, capital, and risk.

Served as Vice President focused on performance, reporting, and automation. Built revenue models and dashboards, and used SQL, Python, and R to automate finance work and track key metrics for executives. Led the rollout of Signet, our blockchain payments platform, including crypto reporting, accounting, and compliance, so leadership had clear data to make decisions.

Supported banking, credit, treasury, and operations as an Associate. Built financial models and what-if forecasts to test new products, new markets, and M&A deals, and to project revenue, costs, and profit. Turned detailed data and trends into clear, forward-looking insights leaders used to make smarter growth decisions.

Built and sold a workflow automation company for a 7-figure exit. Designed custom spreadsheet and VBA tools plus hands-on Microsoft Office training that streamlined operations, cut manual work, and helped clients scale, boost productivity, and grow sales across dozens of locations.
