It is someone who listens to your needs of what would benefit the customer and your group and then they deliver exactly to the specifications. 2. It is someone who is able to respond to various requests that they may get and sets expectations of the delivery and then exceeds those expectations. I have worked at several companies and by far Rich is the BEST NetSuite IS Ninja that I have known! He was able to set up automation that helped my team and helped AV accomplish AR financial goals. If you needed a report or needed help with any NS issue, Rich was there to help. AV is fortunate to have a Master of NetSuite and I will miss working with such a talented individual.”
