Little Smiles helps heal hearts by providing gifts and fun activities to children facing devastating circumstances including terminal illness, abandonment, and trauma. These children are in hospitals, hospice facilities, and shelters and are subject to painful procedures and emotional strains.

Led and supervised 35 youth volunteers in building a home for an impoverished family in Tijuana, Mexico.
