Full Interior Demolition / Build Out. Located at 5 Penn Plaza (Entire 18th Floor) in the heart of NYC. The project consists of New perimeter offices throughout, reception area, conference rooms, meeting spaces, core space open workstation area, Kitchen, Entirely New IT Room, Etc.....Approx: 5,000 sq ft.

Interior space demoed and being built out into a Pre Built office space which consists of: All new Mechanical systems, Restrooms, Pantry, Offices, Conference Room.....etc. Approx: 4,000 sq ft.

This project is a full interior ground floor (Street Level) build out located on 34th Street in the Westside of NYC. Which consists of 2 Full Commercial Kitchens, Ansul Systems, Smog Hogs, Classrooms, Reception Area, Classrooms, New restrooms, All New Storefronts. Etc....The Client being the Culinary Tech Institute.

This project is a 13 story full renovation / rehab of an existing exterior Fire Escape in the rear of this building located at 133 West 21st Street. The project consisted of re bracing the entire structure, welding all new angles at every step, abating / stripping down the entire structure, Priming and painting all in place.

Located on Madison Avenue and 44th Street this location of the LPQ family is one to boast about. With all custom finishes this space occupies the ground floor and mezzanine floor of its space. 2 Kitchens, 3 Restrooms and a whole lot of decora. All new Electrical, HVAC, Sprinkler, Plumbing etc...Approx 6,000 sq ft.

Complete renovation of the Hotel's lobby / reception area. This project was designed with exquisite taste and was built flawlessly within schedueld time. High end modern custom Millwork and Upholstry pieces are what drive the design. Approx 3,000 sq ft.

Interior Full Floor Build Out. Occupying the entire 10th floor at 250 Park Avenue South, this great turn key project was a very detailed Millwork project with Wood panels wrapping all columns, Wood / Glass wall sections throughout the space. Full Conference room, perimeter offices, 2 Kitchens, Lounge Area, Shower room, New Restrooms, Core open area work station area etc....Approx: 8,000 sq ft.

This project consisted of an interior renovation of the 15th Floor at 5 Penn Plaza. New offices, Conference Room, I.T Room, Pantry, etc. Approx: 7,000 sq ft.

Full interior build out. Selective, Detailed Architectural finishes. Media rooms, Classrooms, Offices, Lounge Area, Pantry, Open Work / Study Area.

This project consisted of Fully Renovating an existing 2nd floor Non Profit Organization's office space in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Full demolition, All new HVAC system, lighting, pantry, core offices, conference room.....etc. Approx. 3,000 sq ft.

This project consisted of the full interior build out of a heavily designed project. Located on the Penthouse Floors (18, 19 & 20th) at 57 West 57th Street. All new intricate floor spaces with herringbone wood flooring, sliding wood partitions, solariums, offices, meeting spaces, conference rooms, Art Gallery, Detailed restrooms, rooftop terraces, pantries, etc.....Approx: 22,000 sq ft.

This project was located in the ever famous NYC Diamond District occupying the entire 9th floor on 47th St. The space was built out for our client who is a world renowned jeweler. All new gas lines throughout, lighting, Mechanical systems, Perimeter offices, pantry, conference room, center core space work stations for Jewelers.....etc. Approx 7,000 sq ft.

As featured on NY1 this project consisted of "A box within a box". A run down old warehouse in L.I.C was renovated and brought back to life to serve as the Primary storage facility for Choice Logistics. The project consisted of an All new Electrical System, Security, New Electric gates, Windows, HVAC, Shot blasted floors, an entirely new structural steel joist system, Sprinkler system, Warehouse offices, restrooms, Racking systems, etc.....Approx 15,000 sq ft.

Created an exclusive Warehouse Precious Storage Facility in the L.I.C Industrial area for Christie's. This new location was built to house all private auctions items. The project consisted of 2 Full floors of Interior Demolition / Construction. New Warehouse Facility with all racking, HVAC, Offices, Pantries, Restrooms, Electric, Conference rooms, Display areas, sitting / waiting areas, Installed all new Material Elevator Lift, Roofing, etc...... Approx 20,000 sq ft.

Project consists of the Construction of 10 Core building restrooms. Floors 3,4,15,16 & 17 all require 2 ADA Restrooms per floor for both Men and Women. The restrooms consist of full height tile walls, custom partitions, all new Plumbing roughing etc....
