“Suling is one of those rare co-workers who elevates both the effectiveness and the tone of her entire organization. When she served as Manager--and then as Director--of Corporate Relations, Suling was responsible for securing the corporate volunteering contracts that provided the majority of our annual revenue. She exhibited affability and deftness in this sales role, securing so many contracts over the course of her tenure that our staff was able to grow by 2.5X. Suling used her seat at the management table to great effect. She played a key role determining our new internal structure when we undertook a nonprofit-wide reorganization.
