About Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary Seco representative at a major customer site, responsible for managing and growing the account through technical solution selling, relationship development, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions that improve customer productivity and performance.

About Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary Seco representative at a major customer site, responsible for managing and growing the account through technical solution selling, relationship development, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions that improve customer productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence (4–5 days/week) to build trust-based relationships across customer departments.
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored account strategies to grow revenue.
- Collaborate with Application Engineers and Project Engineers to deliver optimized tooling packages and services.
- Promote Seco’s digital, productivity, and lifecycle service offerings.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Track account performance, forecast revenue, and report progress in CRM systems.
- Provide customer feedback to improve product and service development.
- Act as a Seco brand ambassador, upholding our values and principles in all interactions.
- Experience in the metal cutting industry, preferably in roles such as Production Manager, Project Engineer, or similar.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within scope.
- Must live within commuting dis
- Proven success in consultative or value-based selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business—or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Valid passport for occasional travel.
