Summary of Position:
ClearBridge Technology Group is a privately held, fast-growing Technology Services firm. Due to continued growth, ClearBridge is looking for an HR Assistant to join our Back Office team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain an entry level role in a fast-paced environment, within the HR field. The successful candidate will join a well-established, high-performing team, reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with general HR, administrative and back office functions.
Maintain excellent customer service standards when responding to employee requests and questions.
Support the VP of HR as needed.
Two shifts covering resume formatting.
Assist with HR onboarding process of consultants and other HR functions on an as needed basis.
Process new hire records and updates within HRIS system and benefit portals.
Coordinate background checks & pre-employment drug screenings for new hires.
Assist with HR consultant onboarding process and other HR functions on an as needed basis.
Required Skills and Background:
1-2 years’ experience in an administrative/office setting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Resourcefulness with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and excel at time management.
Highly organized; able to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
Salary: $47,500- $59,500
The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
