First line manager of the Structural Analysis function. Ensure technical execution of Stress Analysis Function for AMMM (Air Mobility and Maritime Missions) programs.
Coordinate with related Design, M&P, and other related teams to ensure fully integrated structural details, components, assemblies and installations.
Develop schedules and staffing plans for execution of team tasking
Ensure career development, knowledge continuity, and competency advancement for team
Manage day to day tasking for stress analysis team. Provide technical input, review, and oversight of team stress analysis product.
Manage personnel tasks including yearly commitments, merit and promotion planning, career counseling, discipline, and awards.
Security Clearance ** Needed
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have a Final Secret Clearance to start the role, with the ability to obtain higher level clearances as needed.
A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.
