Job Overview
We are recruiting experienced Air Traffic Controllers to contribute to a research project for one of our clients in the artificial intelligence sector. This role involves leveraging your real-world professional expertise to design accurate, high-quality questions and scenarios related to air traffic control operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design and refine occupation-specific questions based on real operational air traffic control experience.
Apply knowledge of airspace management, flight coordination, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
Ensure scenarios reflect realistic workloads, regulatory constraints, and safety-critical decision-making.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and professional relevance.
Work independently while meeting project quality benchmarks and timelines.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience as an Air Traffic Controller.
Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations, airspace systems, and traffic management procedures.
Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills.
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
Work Commitment & Duration
Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
Project is expected to run through mid-2026, with potential extensions based on project needs and performance.
Contract & Payment Terms
Engagement as an independent contractor.
Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.
Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
Project scope and duration may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on requirements and performance.
