1+ year of product management or product marketing
Bachelor's Degree completed
Medical Device Experience, Preferable in Spine or orthopedic organization
Strong written or verbal communicator
Able to work in high-performing and fast paced team
Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations and/or EU MDR
Responsibilities:
Drive the creation and execution of marketing plans that align with brand strategy, and ensure rapid sharing of best practices across teams and regions.
Track brand and product performance, identify issues, and recommend actions within the annual operating plan. Support budgeting for travel, promotions, and advertising.
Serve as the main recipient of customer and field feedback; evaluate post-market issues, determine needed actions (e.g., technical bulletins), and document decisions.
Continuously monitor competitors, customer needs, technology trends, and therapy adoption to inform updates to marketing strategy.
Help develop core product marketing communications by refining messaging, partnering with cross-functional teams, managing approvals, and tracking campaign effectiveness.
Build strong KOL relationships, support sales and marketing teams, identify product champions, and participate in key customer events.
Create global training goals with the training team, distribute marketing materials, and act as a resource for product inquiries.
Manage content planning and creation for core initiatives, and measure sales team engagement with distributed materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners on strategy, customer targeting, sales training, co-marketing, and technology priorities to ensure unified execution.
Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, commercial teams, and design surgeons to develop and launch new products.
Work with commercial and strategy teams to assess new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives; support market research, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
