Position Summary
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our quality engineering team and contribute to building robust automated testing solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with developers and QA professionals to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through automation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
Document test cases and maintain test documentation.
Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions.
Perform manual testing when needed to validate user flows.
Report and track defects using bug tracking systems.
Collaborate with developers to understand features and acceptance criteria.
Stay current on QA and automation best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic programming knowledge in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).
Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP) and testing concepts.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman or similar).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD concepts.
Exposure to SQL basics and QA certifications (ISTQB is a plus).

Special Work Conditions
Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
