Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Payor Clinical Workflow expertise to join our team supporting the Helios® platform implementation and optimization. This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and improving business processes and workflows to ensure effective utilization of Helios® for our clients and internal stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users, implementation teams, and technical resources to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to workflows in Helios®.
Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation, optimization, and standardization.
Design and document workflow solutions, business process maps, user stories and functional requirements aligned with Helios® capabilities.
Work closely with the configuration and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as designed.
Develop and maintain process flows, functional specifications, and gap analyses to support Helios® enhancements and implementations.
Facilitate requirements workshops, process design sessions, and workflow validation meetings with business and technical teams.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triaging, ensuring workflows meet business needs.
Support training materials and change management efforts related to new or modified workflows.
Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow functionality within Helios®, advising stakeholders on best practices and solution approaches.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS implementations.
Strong experience with Payor Clinical workflow design, process mapping, and process reengineering.
Proven ability to gather requirements, write clear user stories and functional specifications, and facilitate effective meetings.
Experience with workflow diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Team-oriented and collaborative working style.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to support assigned programs.
Must reside in the U.S.; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Helios® (or comparative care management or utilization management platforms) implementations or workflow optimization projects.
Knowledge of healthcare operations, care management workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and related tools.
