  • Conduct and oversee Change Impact Assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
  • Ensure consistent application of change practices across internal teams and third-party consulting partners.

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies tailored to executive leadership, IT teams, and business units.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and facilitate workshops, town halls, and governance forums.
  • Apply storytelling and visualization techniques to clearly communicate transformation vision, impacts, and progress.
  • Collaborate with system integrators and advisory partners to ensure alignment with OCM standards and expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management or a closely related role, ideally within Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale digital and technology transformations.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex change concepts clearly and visually.
  • Experience working with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and IT governance organizations.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks, adoption models, and enterprise governance processes.
  • Experience developing and executing Change Impact Assessments and adoption strategies.
  • Experience using collaboration and communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, intranet hubs) to support long-term change initiatives.
