Hey there. Ethos Software is a boutique private equity firm that acquires, and grows, software + digital media businesses. We are continually recruiting General Managers / CEOs for our ever-growing portfolio of companies. Our businesses are small - most are <$10M top line - so this is a good opportunity for a mid or early career executive leader.

Sometimes the need is immediate; sometimes it's future state. Either way, if the description below has you nodding your head yes, we'd love to meet you.

Please reach out if you:

-Have experience operating a digital media / B2B / data / software business;

-Know enough about the technical side to be effective if not a little bit dangerous;

-Like rolling up your sleeves and figuring out marketing, sales, product, and customer challenges;

-Have experience managing a business with some scale;

-Can SELL and manage a demanding set of stakeholders (internal and external);

-Are demonstrably entrepreneurial (as in, you've started a business or operated a high-growth BU);

-Know your way around a P&L;

-Thrive in a resource-constrained environment; and

-Are excited about scaling a business that has product-market fit.
