The Business

A private equity sponsor is creating a new platform by combining two complementary services firms. The company delivers technology-enabled solutions and implementation support for enterprise systems across industrial and adjacent sectors.

The objective is to build a unified platform that can scale rapidly, with organic growth supported by targeted acquisitions.

The Role

We are seeking a CEO to lead the integration and drive the business through its next stage of growth. Key priorities include:

• Integration: Unifying two founder-led businesses into a single operating model, with aligned systems, processes, and culture.
• Strategy & Growth: Defining and executing a growth strategy to capture market share in a fragmented, expanding sector.
• Leadership: Building a high-performing management team and embedding a culture of accountability and execution.
• Value Creation: Partnering with the Board and investors to deliver EBITDA growth, professionalise the organisation, and prepare for exit.
• M&A: Leading the assessment and integration of bolt-on acquisitions.

The Candidate

We are looking for a commercially minded leader with a strong track record in services, consulting, or technology-enabled businesses.

Key experience:

• CEO or senior P&L leadership experience in a growth-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success integrating businesses and building scalable infrastructure.
• Exposure to private equity backed companies and the investor-board dynamic.
• Background in enterprise systems, consulting, or industrial services strongly preferred.
• Track record of driving EBITDA growth and successful exit outcomes.
