Blackmore Partners, an executive advisory and private equity partner, is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverages executive to lead a future portfolio company. We are looking for leaders who have scaled businesses, driven measurable P&L growth, and are eager to partner with investors on acquisitions. Requirements
Current or former operational executive experience (CEO, COO, President, VP, EVP, GM).
Proven track record of leading P&L operations of $50M+ revenue and $4M+ EBITDA.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in the Food & Beverages industry.
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, improve margins, and build strong management teams.
A vision for how you would acquire and grow a company in partnership with private equity.
Desired Experience
Deep industry expertise and market knowledge in Food & Beverages.
Measurable results beyond general market growth.
Track record of creating significant shareholder value.
Experience driving strategic transformations and operational excellence.
