We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Client Service Associate to join our Client Success team. You’ll play a key role in supporting client onboarding, handling inbound questions, and ensuring our users get fast, helpful answers that keep them successful.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone and chat
Assist our Client Success Managers with follow-ups, research, and account tasks
Document common questions and help improve internal resources
Get hands-on with our platform and help clients unlock its full potential
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Some experience in software, support, or operations—formal CS background not required
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
