As an Executive Recruiter, you will focus on identifying and cultivating technical leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive our technologies and services. You will utilize various tools, resources and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the best talent, to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships, and ultimately match them with the leadership opportunities to which they are best aligned.
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to Google leaders with whom you partner, playing the role of a talent scout to uncover the very best talent in the market. You will develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Google for success today and well into the future. You will be passionate about innovating when it comes to talent, prioritizing and delivering incredible client service.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
- Sick Time: 40 hours/year (statutory, where applicable); 5 days/event (discretionary)
- Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
- Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
- Holidays: 13 paid days per year
- 5 years of experience in executive-level technical talent search in an executive search firm, in-house executive search function.
- 3 years of experience in client management.
- Experience recruiting executive level Engineering talent from top industry players.
- Experience running executive searches full life-cycle as well as with leverage from a Research partner.
- Experience collaborating with hiring partners to deliver processes and hiring outcomes.
- Experience with executive compensation negotiations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various technical functions (e.g., engineering, product management, etc.).
- Provide effective project management, driving searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants and colleagues.
- Partner with executive leaders on high-profile technical hires, providing domain and market insights and trends, and advising executives on talent for their business needs.
- Build relationships for the future with passive applicants and talent.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
