About You

As Deputy Chief Legal Counsel, Commercial, Real Estate, and Infrastructure, you are a trusted legal leader who brings strategic insight, sound judgment, and integrity to every decision. You excel at navigating complex issues with a balance of legal rigor and practical solutions, fostering collaboration across diverse teams while guiding others with confidence and clarity. Your ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships ensures that you not only safeguard compliance but also enable progress and innovation for the organization.

What You Will Do

• Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on complex issues, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Lead and develop legal teams, fostering collaboration while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee and negotiate high-impact contracts, real estate transactions, and leasing agreements with precision and sound judgment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and represents the Chief Legal Counsel when needed, driving effective solutions across the organization.
  
  

What You Offer

• J.D. Required.
• Membership in the Massachusetts Bar.
• 12+ years of complex transactional experience, including commercial leasing, real estate development, construction, procurement, contracting, finance, environmental matters, and business law in a corporation, public agency, or law firm setting with knowledge and skill in complex legal and public policy.
