Digital Designer

I'm working on multiple Digital Design contracts interviewing and starting immediately hours are 9-5 ET and for these roles and we are specifially looking for experience in the skincare industry. This role is mid-weight to senior level and we're looking for specific experience with paid social and digital campaigns--this can be production heavy so you'll need to be comfortable with being hands on/cranking out campaign work!

• Delivers multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and keeps the bar high for all projects, big and small
• You'll be working on a lot of paid social/digital based marketing assets, and also working on some retouching digital work as well (Social media graphics, emails, landing pages...)
• Proactively partners with the Senior Creative Director and other key team members to achieve creative cohesion
• Sets high standards for design, and provides the guidance to achieve them
• Establishes themselves as an industry expert through relationship building and knowledge sharing
• Familiarity with Figma required for this role
• Experience desiging for the beauty industry required for this role
• Inspires others to create best-in-class digital creative by researching industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights, while maintaining a strong POV on brand direction
