Overview

QXO is a publicly traded company founded by Brad Jacobs with the goal of building the market-leading company in the building products distribution industry. On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector.

We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.

What you will do:

The Product Manager is a regional role devoted to every aspect of growing and developing the commercial roofing business.


• Manage the sales center team, including their workload and performance, to efficiently meet project deadlines and service

expectations

• Develop a plan to assign customers and sales team to Commercial Sales Specialists to develop working relationships

• Deliver consistent and comprehensive project quotations utilizing the sales team’s pricing direction

• Strive for self-development through product and system education to effectively answer all technical questions

• Become proficient with Mincron, Logic Track, Salesforce, and Beacon Pro Plus to effectively communicate benefits

• Understand how to break apart customer orders based on material correlation and shipping points

• Utilize sales team to negotiate material costs for project orders prior to placing orders

• Utilize Supply Chain, branch managers, and upcoming project orders to effectively fill out material trucks into warehouse

• Create project schedules with the sales team and customers to effectively communicate all project deliveries

What you will bring:

• Bachelors or higher degree in business, or related field preferred

• Proficient in Mincron, Salesforce, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro Plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with a variety of the exterior building products field's concepts, practices, and procedures

• Adequate skill with Personal Computer Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
