Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure technology initiatives fully support broader organizational goals and operational requirements.
• Oversee the management of third-party vendors and managed service providers to maintain high performance standards and strict security compliance.
• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive disaster recovery protocols and business continuity strategies.
• Direct the strategic selection and deployment of hardware and software solutions to enhance overall efficiency and client service.
• Serve as the primary authority for resolving escalated technical incidents and infrastructure challenges.
• Manage the technology budget to ensure resources are utilized effectively and cost solutions are optimized.
• Monitor and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure adherence to industry specific compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in cloud computing, network administration, and general infrastructure management.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Prior experience within the financial services sector is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
