We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Engineer to support the design, integration, and validation of vehicle control systems. The role focuses on electrical/electronic (E&E) system development, CAN communication, and hands-on testing and troubleshooting of wiring harnesses to ensure reliable vehicle performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, integrate, and test vehicle control systems in accordance with project requirements
Develop and validate vehicle E&E architectures and control strategies
Perform system integration and functional validation at component and vehicle level
Troubleshoot wiring harnesses, electrical faults, and communication issues
Support CAN communication analysis, diagnostics, and network validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and manufacturing
Document test results, integration issues, and corrective actions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in vehicle controls design and development
Solid knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems
Hands-on experience with CAN communication and diagnostics
Proven experience in E&E system integration and validation
Ability to troubleshoot wiring harness and electrical system issues
Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with vehicle-level testing and validation
Familiarity with automotive standards and development processes
