Green Imaging is looking for a person experienced in implementing and administering employee benefits as this role is responsible for leading the setup and onboarding of new clients for a Green Imaging direct care radiology benefit. Individuals working with employee benefits, TPA, direct care solutions, benefits administration and related client onboarding will be well-prepared for this role. Your job will be to ensure an effective implementation of this benefit with employers so their members have a seamless experience as patients scheduling radiology exams. This role supports the sales team and will actively implement new clients by working closely with benefits advisors, client HR executives, technology support teams, third-party administrators and other parties crucial to supporting members and the resultant claims. Collaboration, effective communication, and problem-solving are critical to proactively identify risks to ensure seamless launch and strong client confidence. Individuals with experience implementing a direct care solution as an employee benefit will be prioritized.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Onboarding new clients and ongoing client support, ensuring all necessary components are in place for patients to schedule radiology exams effectively and complete the billing process successfully. Own implementation readiness by validating eligibility, billing workflows, and patient access paths prior to launch.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, HR departments, brokers, TPAs, and care navigators, facilitating communication and collaboration to work smoothly, eliminate obstacles, and proactively resolve issues.
Process Mapping: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, document, and validate a clear process in areas such as patient eligibility verification and financial responsibility for exams.
Cross-Department Communication: Partner with the legal team to finalize contracts and disseminate vital information across departments, ensuring that scheduling, technology, accounting, and other teams understand their responsibilities in patient interactions and service delivery to support patients and clients at launch.
Training and Education: Educate new clients about the company's services and processes, fostering a comprehensive understanding of how to navigate the system for optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in client implementation and project management implementing direct care provider relationships for employee benefits. Strong client and meeting presence with the ability to problem-solve, zero in on key issues, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users and tailor communication to different audiences.
Experience liaising with technology teams to set up billing and payment processes, both traditional and nontraditional, utilizing formats such as 837 for electronic process, 835 for reconciliation and coordination of ACH or other electronic payment processes where appropriate for efficient processes managed by our billing department - Familiarity with healthcare eligibility processes, including 270/271, 834, and document transfer via SFTP.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong understanding of health plan designs including qualified high deductible health plans (qHDHP)
