What you will do:

As our Federal Account Executive, you will promote and educate key stakeholders on the Clarus Group brand and our service offerings by leveraging your existing relationships and developing and cultivating new relationships while identifying and capturing new business opportunities.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a good person and following the golden rule.
  • Developing and growing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for Clarus Group to provide our service offerings in support of our customer’s mission through the development and maintenance of a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Must be driven to meet new people, understand complex mission objectives and able to identify and articulate the Clarus approach and value as a partner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, identify available contract vehicles, identify and facilitate teaming opportunities
  • Develop and manage customer engagement plans, work closely with customers to identify best approach to procurement and help customers develop clear program scope and objectives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Participate in industry events, attend and represent Clarus at industry association/group events.
  • Develop and foster close relationships with strategic partners/vendors
  • Work closely with and effectively collaborate and communicate with internal various internal teams and leadership and engage with our technical SME’s to provide customer demos of our products/offerings.
  • Be involved in our local community and support Clarus’ various charitable partners that we support.


Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships and experience selling Technology services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience of building a sales pipeline and taking opportunities from identification through win.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
