Financial Analyst

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams to improve financial processes.
• Assist in identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.

📊 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling).
• Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification.
