About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide advice and guidance to your business clients in the areas of talent management and employee relations, as well as manage the talent acquisition process for your supported functions. You will be energized by the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to the business in support of LG H&H’s growth strategy.
You will report directly to the Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and coaching.
Own the talent acquisition process including recruiting, workforce planning, and providing insight on hiring decisions.
Drive talent strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility.
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, addressing workplace issues, performance concerns, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Advise managers on the consistent and lawful application of employment policies and procedures.
Support organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives.
Lead or participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and employee relations practices.
Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence decision-making.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bilingual Korean/English required.
