What You’ll Do
As a key driver of new product development, you will:
Lead cross-functional project teams and keep development efforts on schedule.
Translate product plans and specs into clear timelines and deliverables.
Make design decisions that drive safety, quality, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
Prepare detailed drawings, design documentation, test plans, and specifications.
Conduct and analyze technical testing; ensure product certifiability and performance.
Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and external suppliers to maintain project momentum.
Estimate project costs and support accounting with accurate project charge data.
Facilitate project gate reviews with leadership and communicate progress across teams.
Support continuous improvement projects, manufacturing engineering, and technical problem-solving.
Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic engineering environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
Master’s degree in Engineering a plus
10+ years of engineering project experience
Experience designing HVAC equipment or systems strongly preferred
Energy recovery wheel experience a plus
SolidWorks proficiency (intermediate to advanced)
Strong grasp of engineering/design principles and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and MS Project
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to lead teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
