Job Overview:

In this role, you will support computers, phones, software, and other technology used across DirectRx. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues, support onboarding, and ensure technology functions reliably.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support and troubleshoot computers, laptops, phones, and software used across the organization
  • Set up computers and technology for new hires and provide a brief orientation during their first week
  • Perform day-to-day IT support and basic system administration tasks
  • Work with outside vendors and service providers to identify issues and restore service
  • Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to and manage incoming IT requests via phone and email
  • Track, document, and follow up on technical issues until resolution
  • Support user access and system permissions as new tools are adopted
  • Identify recurring issues and help document solutions and best practices

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests
  • Attention to detail and comfort with documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic computer hardware
  • Familiarity with mobile devices and office phone systems
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Previous IT support or help desk experience preferred
