The Role

As an Infrastructure Intern, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Intern to join our Infrastructure & Cloud team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise IT systems, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments. The intern will work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices in infrastructure design, maintenance, and automation.

How You'll Help Take Us There

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems (servers, networks, storage devices).
• Support cloud infrastructure tasks, including monitoring and optimization of AWS/Azure environments.
• Participate in network troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and documentation updates.
• Help implement security measures and compliance standards across infrastructure components.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Perform data backup and recovery tasks, ensuring system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and service desk escalations.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Working towards a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  
  
  

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $35.00 USD to $45.00 USD per hour. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
