The Sr. IT Project Manager will collaborate with SMEs in Internal Audit, IT Security, and cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive program delivery and resource plan for a strategic initiative aimed at achieving IT Security’s SOX compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of 12 enterprise-wide SOX controls to ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Drive organizational, process, and tooling improvements to establish sustainable compliance standards for review by the governance committee.

  • Establish budget and project cost estimates to support successful delivery of the program.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) at both program and workstream levels, including:

  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations for each identified risk.
  • Work with predefined business solutions and completed discovery phase outputs to develop a program plan; no additional governance planning is required.
  • Deliver a complete draft of program deliverables within the first 4 weeks, enabling prioritized review and iterative refinement with sponsors.
