Job Overview:

Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, recruiting, and administrative efficiency. As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the recruitment process from start to finish, from posting job openings and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding. You’ll also provide general HR support and help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Spanish proficiency is a must.

  • Post and manage job listings through our applicant tracking system ADP Workforce Now
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks as needed.


Essential Functions:

  • Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Run Background Checks
  • Support new hire orientation and ensure completion of required paperwork.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR team to plan and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during the hiring process.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment skills (as well as a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology in support of business operations).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Education:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information. A proactive attitude, adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. The candidate should also be comfortable using digital tools and recruitment systems and show a genuine interest in supporting candidates and contributing to a positive hiring experience.
