Recently completed a major commercial transformation to direct, outcome-based selling
Division revenue within US circa $250 million
Strong exposure to grid modernisation and resilience spend
The Role
Ownership of key utility accounts across the Eastern US and Canada
Portfolio spanning Protection and Control, Monitoring and Diagnostics, Communications Infrastructure and digital grid platforms
Deal sizes from £50k through to £8m–£10m programmes
Focus on account planning, pipeline build, forecasting and closing
Senior individual contributor role with strong leadership support
This sits in a structurally growing market with real utility budgets and active buying, not a short-term sales cycle. It is a high-visibility role with genuine influence over how key accounts are shaped following a major commercial transformation, and it offers a clear route into broader leadership or Sales Director positions over time.
It will suit someone with an established utility network, Director-level credibility and a strong commercial mindset rather than a purely technical profile.
