Lawn Care Technician

As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible to service customer lawns in your route as you apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while ensuring amazing customer service. You may also be responsible for accurately measuring lawns, providing quotes and / or lawn analysis, and making field sales.

This job requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

If you're not certified by the state to spray herbicides, you must be able to pass the exams within 2 weeks of hire date.

THE LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, core aeration, and lawn over-seeding to customer properties
• Meet with current and prospective customers
• Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded)
• Write excellent leave behind notes for customers
• Complete daily invoice and truck checkout procedures
• Working independently as part of a team
  
  
  

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED
• 18 or older
• Clean driving record with valid state driver’s license
• Professional appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
