Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level AI/ML Engineer to join our team and support the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about data, algorithms, and real-world problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing machine learning models and AI systems
• Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Implement ML algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Evaluate model performance and help improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
• Deploy models into production under guidance and monitor performance
• Document workflows, experiments, and model results
• Stay up to date with AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, ML, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python (required); familiarity with Java/C++ is a plus
• Understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised, basic deep learning)
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience through projects, internships, or research
• Familiarity with Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
• Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of MLOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD)
• Experience working with APIs and REST services
