Our Marketing team is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our growing team. In this role the Coordinator will be assisting the Marketing Director in daily marketing tasks and conducting market research to grow the brand.
Responsibilities:
Create marketing decks, pitches, and presentations for internal and external needs.
coordinate with management on team goals, project schedules and new information
Recap current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
Produce sales training, decks, and marketing presentations to clients.
Effectively organize and maintain assets, files, and image library for the team
Conduct market research for new product launches and other marketing initiatives.
Build department reports and recaps.
Prepare prospective launch recaps internally and externally.
Assist with developing and executing the marketing calendar, social media, and email marketing.
Support in creation and execution of 360 integrated marketing campaigns for 20+ launches per year (digital, b2b, retail marketing)
Assist with tracking campaigns, goals, performance etc in marketing platform.
Requirements
Ability to engage and stay keen to business flow.
Have an understanding on how cross functional operations affect each other and independent responsibility.
Ability to measure and analyze success of new product launch for future initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Superior attention to detail
Previous experience in managing the lifecycle of new products as it relates to marketing process (production, design, logistics)
2 years of experience
Microsoft Office –Excel Power User
Adobe suite - Indesign
Experience with analytics and content management platforms
