About the Role:

Job Title: ICD Coder

We are looking for detail-oriented and certified ICD-10 Coder to support our healthcare AI initiatives. In this role, you will review clinical documentation and accurately

assign ICD-10 codes to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your

contributions will directly support the development of AI-powered solutions that improve

efficiency for healthcare providers. This is a fully remote, 40-hour/week contract position. The

initial engagement will focus on processing approximately 10,000 documents, with the potential

for extension based on future workload.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Nursing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ICD-10 and /or CPT medical coding.
• Active coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCA, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
• effectively.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare technology, speech-to-text systems, or language
• data.
• Familiarity with data annotation, collection, or quality assurance processes.
• Prior involvement in provider health tech or electronic health records (EHR)
• environments.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $40,000 – $45,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
