We are looking to onboard a Network Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure. This role is well suited for recent graduates who want to build strong networking fundamentals, as well as early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure to enterprise networks, security, and operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure
Monitor network performance, availability, and security across LAN/WAN environments
Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to routing, switching, and network devices
Support firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, and access control configurations
Participate in network upgrades, patching, and documentation activities
Ensure adherence to security standards, best practices, and operational procedures
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Knowledge of routing and switching concepts
Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
💼 Additional Expectations for Experienced Candidates (1–3 Years)
Hands-on experience managing or supporting enterprise network environments
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve network incidents
Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization
Exposure to network security concepts, firewalls, and VPNs
🌟 Preferred / Nice to Have
Networking certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or CCNP (preferred)
Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of network security, firewall policies, and access controls
