New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals and performance targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily sales operations, including desking deals and managing CRM performance.
Collaborate with finance and inventory teams to ensure smooth deal flow and accurate vehicle availability.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to continually refine team performance and dealership results.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff to reach their full potential.

Qualifications
New Car Sales Manager Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in an automotive dealership or related retail environment.
Strong track record of leading teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze KPIs, manage performance metrics, and implement strategies for improvement.
Knowledge of automotive sales processes, CRM systems, and dealership operations.
High-energy, motivated, and results-driven with a passion for developing and mentoring a sales team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
