🔒 Confidential Hiring – Senior NPI Engineer (Onsite)

We are currently supporting a confidential search with a global electronics manufacturing leader for a Senior NPI / Process Engineer to join a high-impact engineering organization.

This role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader who thrives in PCB manufacturing, SMT, and electronic assembly, and who enjoys driving New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype through volume production while mentoring engineering teams and improving manufacturing performance.

Key Highlights:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PCBA and electronic assembly processes
• Lead and mentor engineering teams across complex manufacturing programs
• Drive process optimization, Six Sigma / Lean initiatives, and DOEs
• Partner closely with customers, suppliers, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
• Own DFM, NPI execution, RCA/CA, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE, ME, IE, or related)
• 7+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process engineering
• Strong hands-on knowledge of PCBA, SMT, and assembly processes
• Onsite role (no remote or hybrid)
• Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills

Compensation:

💼 ~$100K–$110K annually (DOE)

Preferred experience includes:

HDI & micro-via, lead-free soldering, BGA rework, PCBA failure analysis, tooling/fixtures, conformal coating, epoxy & corner bonding, and automated/manual soldering processes.
